THE PROCESS FOR A PHOTO SESSION WITH JANE GARNER PHOTOGRAPHY
I am a little bit different than most photographers out there...I like to start with the end in mind. Together, we will create a plan for what you will do with your images before a single picture is ever taken.
With so much digital "noise" and confusion floating around, it's nice to feel grounded and secure with a beautifully framed print or a custom-designed album that remains constant and sure.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Once you decide to book a session with me, we will have a Design Consultation. I want to get to know you and what you really need. I can help you decide the best ways and places to display your artwork. Do you want it framed, on canvas or metal, a custom album, etc? We will go over all the options.
We will also talk about clothing and location ideas and select a time for the session.
This is also where I will collect the session fee.
PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
Whether it's a family, couple or individual session, I understand how stressful it can be. Getting everyone and everything ready and having everyone cooperating and on board...it's enough to put off doing any kind of photo shoot. But I've got you! In my 15+ years in business, I've pretty much seen it all. And guess what? Everyone has survived. And they've all been so grateful to have "suffered" through a short bit of stress to gain a lifetime of joy when they look at their amazing custom artwork.
VIEW AND ORDER APPOINTMENT
About 1-2 weeks after your photo shoot, we will get together again and look at your amazing images and place your order. This is a time set aside to finalize your order, so be sure to have all financial decision makers there as we will be finalizing your order and collecting payment for it.
EDITING AND PERFECTING
Between the order appointment and the delivery time, I will painstakingly edit and perfect each image you have ordered. This is your family, your loved ones....I want to make sure you love your images.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
About 4 - 6 weeks after your order is placed, your amazing images will be delivered to you. This is my most favorite part ... seeing the joy on my client's face is so priceless! You will see that all the blood, sweat and tears that went into getting this final product was worth it! And when you are having a difficult day, seeing your image hanging on the wall can bring a sense of peace and comfort to you.
